Muttart x Sound Vibes || Flow and Bloom: Rooftop Yoga

Join us for a special edition of our Flow & Bloom series! We are heading outside for a rooftop yoga experience on top of the iconic Muttart pyramids. We’ll move through a grounding and revitalizing flow under the open sky, surrounded by panoramic views of the river valley and city skyline. After class, sip on a refreshing iced tea from Cafe Bloom and enjoy entry into the pyramids, all included in your ticket. Come reset, recharge, and rise with us. Your Saturday morning wellness ritual starts here This class is accessible for all levels of practitioners as Sarah offers many options and moments for you to turn up the dial of intensity or mellow it out as we honour how we have arrived on our mats. The class is accompanied with a live soundscape by Cody. He holds space for us by weaving together beautiful rhythms and sounds for us to move and breathe to. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. There will be a few extra mats available to use in case you forget yours.
